Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered a canvas for a Christmas present and just a few days after placing the order I found out that somebody else had ordered something similar for that person. I emailed customer services on the off chance they could could help and they emailed back straight away with a link for me to change my order. I was so happy and really impressed with the service.
